The rules have changed!
As of February 28th, 2022 vans are not permitted on any Essex Recycling Centre sites without a pre-booked appointment.
If you’re looking to hire our vans to go onto a recycling centre site, just let us know when you make your van reservation and one of the team will book a slot at the recycling centre of your choice and at the time you require.
Slots are predominantly 48 hours in advance and you will need to show identification and a vehicle hire agreement. One of the team will ensure you have a copy of the vehicle hire agreement.
A slot time is an hour long and you have to arrive within this hour or you could be subject to refusal. You are entitled to 20 minutes on a recycling centre site.
