3. Terms of purchase

Simple Van Hire only accepts orders made from our Website and over the telephone.

To place an order on the Website, you must be over 25 years of age. You must also provide us with your contact details (such as e-mail address and mobile number) and proof of your driving license.

1. a) Contract and confirmation of order

When ordering goods on the Website, a binding agreement to buy is concluded only after Simple Van Hire have confirmed the order to the e-mail address given by you (Order Confirmation). The order confirmation is sent to your e-mail address when Simple Van Hire has registered the order and received payment.

1. b) Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) on the website and are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Prices given on the date when the Customer makes an order are valid throughout the entire purchase process.

1. c) Discount and promotion codes

Simple Van Hire may from time to time offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code

Promotions with codes are in general only valid once – and once the code is used it will be deactivated, and the code will be no longer valid.

Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order is confirmed, therefore you must ensure that the voucher is registered before you confirm and pay the order. Simple Van Hire does not take responsibility for promotion codes or promotions published on external websites.

Simple Van Hire reserves the right to withdraw a promotion or promotional code at any time.

When a campaign or promotion is communicated in printed material, or in digital material (e.g. in an e-mail newsletter) by Simple Van Hire, Simple Van Hire states that combination of different promotions are prohibited. Simple Van Hire thereby, in case of misuse of either campaigns or promotions, reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order.

Simple Van Hire online accepts the following means of payment for orders from https://www.simplevanhire.co.uk/. The content of other Simple Van Hire sites, are in general the same, however differences in currencies, means of payment, and delivery options varies between one site and another.

Credit-/debitcard

When paying using a credit- or debitcard (VISA, Mastercard, Sofort or Maestro), the amount of the order is immediately authorized.

All credit- and debit cardholders are subject to validation- and authorization control by the card issuer. If the issuer of the given credit- or debit card refuses to authorize the payment to Simple Van Hire, you shall receive a message stating that the payment couldn’t be performed. Simple Van Hire shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the order caused by such refusal to authorize payment
